Every Object Is a Time Traveller.

When a loved one passes away, we aren't just left with memories. We are left with things.

A scratched pocketknife. A faded ceramic dish. A worn-out tool at the bottom of a desk drawer. To an estate appraiser, these ordinary items are worth nothing. But to your family, they are irreplaceable touchstones.

The tragedy is that when a generation passes, the stories attached to these objects often vanish with them. We find ourselves holding a keepsake, wondering: Why did Grandma keep this? Where did it come from? Who handled it before her?

Let's Tell Its Story.

That's where I come in. I am an Object Historian — not an appraiser. I have no interest in what your object is worth; I care only about what it means, and how it came to be in your hands. I bridge the gap between global history and your intimate family lineage, tracing the material genealogy and emotional archaeology of your most treasured keepsakes.

Through meticulous historical research, material analysis, and ancestral context, I transform an ordinary object into a beautifully written, literary biography — preserving its place in your family legacy forever.

A note: I don't appraise or estimate market value — I research and write. If you need a valuation, an appraiser is the right call; if you want to know the story, I am.

Save the Story Before It Fades

Don't let a piece of irreplaceable family history disappear along with the person who could have told you where it came from. Let's uncover the secret life of your keepsakes.
